This policy explains how Shahmael Solutions LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of our work.

What we collect

When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. When you become a client, we also keep billing details such as your organisation's name, address and invoice records. This website does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, deliver and invoice our services, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers we need to run the business, such as our email and hosting provider and our payment and banking providers, and only as far as needed. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Client data

When we build or maintain systems that hold patient, student or staff records for a client, that data belongs to the client. We access it only to provide the agreed service, keep it confidential, and return or delete it when the engagement ends.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years and business and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@shahmael.com.
