These terms apply to services provided by Shahmael Solutions LLC, a Montana limited liability company with its mailing address at 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D #3165, Missoula, MT 59802, USA ("we", "us"). By engaging us or using this website, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide software development, website development, and technology consulting services, mainly to healthcare and education organisations. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the project document takes priority.

Quotes, invoices and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We invoice in US dollars. Payment schedules, such as deposits and milestone payments, are set out in each quote. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on a project while an invoice is overdue.

Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only after you approve it in writing.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time by email. You pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and we refund any amount paid for work not yet started. Deposits cover initial planning and are refundable only if we have not begun work. Monthly support plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Ownership of work

Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom code and content we created for you. Third-party software, libraries and services remain under their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific tools.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and data you provide, for having the rights to use it, and for complying with laws that apply to your organisation, including health and education privacy rules. Where we handle personal data for you, we do so only on your instructions.

Warranty and liability

We fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Apart from that, services are provided as described in the project document. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA.
